Somewhat of a religion poll

I'm a member of the Church of England. I attend a church with a totally amazing priest. She is quite possibly one of the most liberal, open minded and tolerant people I have ever met.

I call myself a Liberal Christian, but if I'm not careful my rejected past (RC) can influence my thinking.

Peace.

Well, I have this one belief that I can't stop spouting off...the one where I think religion is a bad thing. I think people should just believe what THEY really believe, and not let other people tell them how to believe. I think we should be able to institute good ideas and morals without being asked - or sometimes silently expected - to swallow a whole bunch of other stuff that goes with. <_< Bah.

Yeah...knickers to religion. It's just given a lot of crazy people an excuse to hurt or kill other people, and doesn't really cost decent people anything when they move past it. Don't go to temple, you're just gonna get fleeced. Bah.

Mhm.

Personally, I'm an agnostic who studies religion, and believes somewhat in Pascal's wager.
