Victorian Horror RPG

If people are interested, I'm willing to run a variation on my infamous Victorian horror RPG. The setting is New York state late in the 19th century. Please email me an appropriate Victorian concept that would be or have some interest in the supernatural. Use 2nd edition white wolf for char gen, though I'll be tossing out the WW world and just be using their stats and powers, so don't feel constrained by tribe, clan, tradition, etc.. Honestly, I'd prefer mortal and mortal+ style concepts, but can work from any of the basic spheres except wraith. (Changeling is badly suited to a Chuthulu style campaign, so I'd rather not get into changeling if we can help it.) People with no WW experience are welcome and if you don't have books, email me a Victorian concept anyway and I'll work with you on stats.

Would this be played on site or somewhere else? (It seems like a stupid question but I've seen things like this other places where it was automatically assumed it would be somewhere else.)

Is there some sort of ogl website for WW? Looking at the rules and such might give me ideas.

I was assuming it would be played here, though we could play via MUSH on telnet if people wanted to do play dates. i staff on a sandbox that could host it.
