NT is basically naturally transitioning from female to male by changing your diet, working out a lot and taking specific bodybuilding supplements.

Grow men cry. World cup just finished, many did. 
I seriously love it. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed it as this seems more like my thing rather than pills and surgery (NB: I'm not trans or cis... O_o Yes... But I like this, very much so.)
