I look androgynous at least... I think

Postby Edge » Sun Apr 01, 2012 10:17 pm

I know it's unsafe to double bind, but is it fine to have a sports bra under the binder to help? That's probably a dumb question, but I thought I had better ask just in case.
Also, does anyone know how to hide hips?

From what I've heard it's a bad idea to have a sports bra under a binder. Given I'm currently wearing my binder, I'm trying to imagine wearing one of my better sports bras at the same time, and all that comes to mind is ow. You'd have the elastic of the bra being compressed by the binder. I think I read somewhere about someone who tried that and had to go to the hospital too, sooooo....

Hips... Um. I've had a lot of success with boys clothes and baggy shirts. Beyond that I'm not certain what to do.

I've worn a loose sports bra to help with positioning without trouble, but using one with compression is raising the same issues as two binders.

hips: starvation, if you can still have a period, you haven't lost enough body fat, once you get under 12% - presto! Otherwise, get guys jeans with a definative box drop hip, which is slightly loose, not the skater or real low waist - think levi standard work jean with a longer drop and t-shirt over the waist band.

walk and move into people and you will be called sir all day long. Starvation sure helps though - try looking at the pics of olympics athletes, the track and field who are wearing two handkercheif and have no hips or breast of notice.

I don't know easy answers, but if you want what you want then you will reach what you need - the C - cups WILL turn into A's, of course, the trick then is to figure out how to hide the anorexia, and you spend all the time counting how many hours until you last had 38 calories and how you will only have 280 calories today - so, maybe not the best long term plan - take multivitamins unless you want your gums bleeding.

mpshiel... That's something that definitely comes under the heading of bad idea in my opinion. Anorexia's not a good solution to changing how you look, unless the appearance you want is dead.

It's better to practice moving more like the opposite sex, until your physical cues are all mixed up, and dress in clothes that deemphasize the characteristics you dislike about yourself.
