Binding is a personal choice.
If you like the way that it makes you look, there are many ways to go about achieving the effect (some better than others). Just because you bind does not mean that you must omit your breasts from sexual situations. I don't know if others remain bound during those situations, but I generally don't.
Just like binding, this is a personal choice.
With my partner I have expressed that I don't want her to touch my breasts because of the dysphoria that comes with it. It makes me upset and sometimes I am unable to continue being intimate with her. She's been amazing at respecting me.

So if you enjoy having your partner touch your breasts, but still want to bind it's perfectly A-OK.
Everyone is different.

If you don't feel comfortable binding or don't want to, you don't have to. I don't bind. My breasts are small enough that I don't need to, but even if they were bigger I doubt I would, I don't like the feel of anything wrapped around my chest, it gives me bad dysphoria, so actually binding does the opposite to me what it seems to do to other ftms.
