In that case- should we reevaluate the symbols of the planets, then? Since that seems to be a theme.

It would also make sense due to Mars and Venus. Mercury is the traditional symbol for hermaphroditism and androgyny, though many people think it looks far too female (I would agree). On a different note, I've always liked how Pluto and Uranus' classic glyphs look.

This old page on planetary glyphs and the meaning of their elements is rather intriguing. Maybe it can help us select a useful one, or maybe even build a new one.

Unless you mean the stylized 'P', I agree. While looking around that was one I was leaning towards myself.

This is my favorite- Image the first pluto.... but it's a bit female as well. Maybe http://www.uranian-institute.org/plutoeuastl.gif ?

I like neptune's meaning as well. "The upward crescent for the first time since Mercury turns our attention toward the superconscious and works to link it with material realities. ... When in balance, Neptune does indeed give one the ability to make dreams come true. This, however, requires patience, unswerving commitment, and willingness to make sacrifices. Impressions and inspiration are put into action to create artistic forms or inventions (particularly when Neptune is assisted by other planetary energies). Another glyph used in Europe shows the circle in place of the cross, emphasizing the more dynamic aspect of Neptune and its association with the process of visualization and active imagery and creation. "

I also really like that Pluto Glyph. The only concern I would have is the cross reads female to many, and an arrow male. It could be taken as a disconnected head female if you reallllly stretch it. I think the alternate Neptune without the cross would work too if we are to use established planetary symbols, it again, is another favorite. Tridents are awesome.

I've always seen the Danish symbol used, but then again I've only seen it used on Aven. I'm still looking for a genderqueer symbol that applies to me...

You may never agree on a symbol lol. We tried that for an asexual flag and never got round to satisfying the majority, I guess our tastes were all too different!
