Not if you don't want to and can get it changed safely. You'll have to make up your own mind for the first one. Other people here can help you with the second but it is outside the areas of my expertise.
Sir, if you look past the obvious awnser I belive you'll see one that's even more obvious.

Figure out what makes you uncomfortable and why. Is it uncomfortable because it causes people to read you incorrectly? Do you see/not see a body part and get confused about why it's there/not there? Do you hear yourself speak and think, "I don't know why, but this is just flat-out wrong?"

Find information. Read threads here. Search for the very few non-binary-specific sites. Check out general transgender sites. Use FtM sites, sites for cis women's health, and even MtF sites.

Try little things first. Does wearing some clothing out of the men's section help? How about an androgynous haircut? Binding?

Make a decision. Will starting testosterone help? Is there a surgery where the benefits outweigh the risks? Maybe just getting birth control that will allow you to skip your periods is enough? Or maybe your body isn't really much of an issue and the much larger issue is that there is no recognition of your gender identity in your life and you would be better off creating safe outlets for expressing your gender identity rather than you would be with seeking physical changes.

It will be complicated, and confusing, and frustrating, and tedious, and you'll doubt yourself from time to time, but don't give up. You will find enough answers to muddle your way forward.

Others have already given great advice, and I'd chime in to advise more personal introspection and looking at the exact reasons you feel uncomfortable. Even writing them down freely can help. Once you realize what makes you uncomfortable, you can get a better picture of your situation. Also, don't rush through anything, as being too hasty can create problems later on for yourself even if it satisfies immediate concerns. There is a lot you can do through fashion, hairstyle, body language and voice to get a neutral appearing persona whatever your biological sex may be, I'd try that out before permanently alter your body, unless that is what you truly desire.

I agree with the others, make sure you understand why you feel uncomfortable and make sure you'd really want to permanently change it before considering any real changes, but even if you decide you absolutely want something changed...it may not be safe or possible depending on your situation. Do tons of research on anything before you make any decisions.

your best options are probably to learn all the possible tricks for feeling comfortable without major changes, as interim measures or just in general.

Surgery is dangerous, inconvenient and expensive. You'll need to balance this against your feeling of discomfort to decide where to go from here.

There are some surgeries, like going with a breast reduction, that can keep your options open if you ever want to disguise yourself as a female (like for family dinners or work or whatever, depending on your family and work environment). Such surgeries are also likely to provoke less resistance from doctors. If you're still exploring your identity, you might want to put off surgery until you're more sure, and I would recommend a counsellor to help with the decision if you feel too uncomfortable although it might be hard to find an accepting one.
