The Life and Times of Siofra, Gentlesquiggle Genderadventure

Postby shiofra » Sat Mar 20, 2010 2:08 am

It would seem that I, Siofra Celestine Gentlesquiggle Genderadventurer?, grossly underestimated the hour upon which I undertook the creation of this web journal, and furthermore that my original estimates of the time required for such an undertaking failed to take into acount the time required by this dialect. Therefore, this entry shall be greatly reduced in scope from my orginal intentions primarily limiting itself to the establishment of the web journal that is to be known as “The Life and Times of Siofra Celestine Gentlesquiggle Genderadventurer?, journeysquiggle martial artist of the Jidokwan lineage and certified genius”.
Probationary rules of “The Life and Times of Siofra Celestine Gentlesquiggle Genderadventurer?, journeysquiggle martial artist of the Jidokwan lineage and certified genius”

The First rule of “The Life and Times of Siofra Celestine Gentlesquiggle Genderadventurer?, journeysquiggle martial artist of the Jidokwan lineage and certified genius” is the first rule of“The Life and Times of Siofra Celestine Gentlesquiggle Genderadventurer?, journeysquiggle martial artist of the Jidokwan lineage and certified genius”.

Secondly, all rules of our most gracious host What is Gender still apply to this journal.

Third, all commenters are to accord themselves as Gentlemen, Gentlesquiggles, Gentlewomen, Gentle-gender-appropriate-nouns ect.

(ooc all odd speech styles and Funetik Aksents particularly those that fit a gaslamp fatasy astetic are encouraged but not required)
Sir, if you look past the obvious awnser I belive you'll see one that's even more obvious.

It would seem that I am suffering from a slight bout of insomnia, thus while the full story shall wait till tommorow I will inform you that I am wearing a brassiere, specificaly a 36b maya push-up bra, for the first time ever and that it is stuffed with tissue paper quite satifactoryly. Furthermore I a consitering sleeping while still in said brasseire, my pinkish crosserover top and a nicely gender netural pair of pajamya pants.

blog note-I may bring it back at a later date, but for now the steampunk thing is too time consuming and interfering with expresing myself.
I've been making alot of progress with my genderexploration lately.
Friday night I wore a bra for the first time, then slept in it and a female top. Even though it ichted(should have washed it first). I spent saturday at my aunt&uncle's house he's not in on it so I didn't crossdress there, but had a good time anyways. More relavant to this subject my aunt had bought me some new clothes and let me pick up some makeup+panties at the dollar store. I had to stop by my grandparents house on the way home, but luckily they didn't find any of my girl stuff. I tried on my first skirt while whaching Order of the Penenoix, I found serval encoruagin things while doing this. First that my skirt is more comfortable and less restricting than many of my boys bottoms and even has cheerleader style built in legging in case I want to high kick someone*. Second that wearing a skirt and a necklace, just a skirt a necelace if a very satifing form of androgeney for me.
Later on in the night I tried out full female with a skirt, tucked package, womens shirt, bra and makeup(eyeliner, eyeshadow and lipgloss) and snapped some really nice pics. I'M gonna have to go but interesting follow-up obsevations and cleanup editing are coming.

Although it was very different from what I was expecting, I found that crossdressing to be a very positive experience. To begin with the normalcy of it really surprised me. I expected that crossdressing would be a mixture of excitement, joy and embarrassment. As it was I felt some excitement quickly followed by awkwardness when I tried to tuck, but mostly it just felt normal. A strangely satisfying and right kind of normal, but normal. Like there was nothing unusual about my appearing femmine. I also noticed that I felt less stressed after sleeping en femme so I think I'm going to try to keep doing that.
Some other scattered observations:
I almost never pee standing up, but for some reason want to do when I need to pee and am en femme or just leavening femme(don’t worry I know that’s a bad idea). I wonder if it's psychological or has to do with tucking.
Using pantyliners when you tuck really helps smooth out the lines.
Push-up bras are my friend.
I really like athletic skirts.
Eyeshadow-kinda nice
Eyeliner-meh and annoying to put on
Lipgloss- rules.

Today I discovered the tights are fun but make it take over 10 minutes to use the bathroom, which is not so fun.

I was supposed to go en’femme in public for the first time today, at a UU GBLTQ potluck, but my mom and aunt convinced me too many of the people there would know other members of my family. So instead, I stayed home and did some cool stuff with my aunt. We got some food, went to Borders(with me as male), did some martial arts stuff… and had a fashion show!(Atleast that’s wha she called it) She helped me do my nails and really nice facial make-up. I tried on almost every female outfit I have and walked around in the and stuff while getting tips on my presentation. It was extremely fun and by the end of the night I was passing fairly reliably :D

I've kinda abondoned this thread, but it seems like the right place to say that I haven't been feeling femme much lately and its creepin me out. I mean the huge reduction in dysphroia is nice, but it feels like somethings missing.
