Oestrogen levels are going down not up, my most recent result received this morning was just 312 pmol/L down from 360 at my last test. I am sure this is why my feminization is taking so long.

Do they have any idea why your oestrogen is dropping like that? O_o

Oestrogen levels when on oral HRT vary wildly, largely depending on how long it is since you last took a pill. Can't really read too much into a relatively small change like that.
Not sure what is an ideal level for initial feminisation so can't really say any more than that.

My test was taken just a few hours after I took my HRT. The oestrogen results of my tests have been 126, 280, 360 & 312 since I took my first test in September 2007.

I actually haven't gotten a recent test so I dunno where they are. I'm waiting for my appointment in April for my bloodwork.
