It just didn't stay held up. I managed to get the testes into the recesses of my body, but they fell out. I also inevitably get an erection, which doesn't work.

is there a test or something :0) in this area. im currently doing this on a daily basis for work and find it not to be to much of a problem, the secret is to get the testes up in the spot and then make sure everything is well back, then use a pair of tight full pants to hold it all in place. possibly using a sanitary pad for a bit more comfort and to stay fresh down there. then just rearanging everything when using the toilet throughout the day. hope that helps

This is basically what I do, though I only do it once or twice a week. I usually use bike shorts to hold the tuck if my pants aren't tight enough--it tends to work slightly better in any case. I generally find erections aren't a big problem--if I'm tucked tight enough they don't happen, though occasionally when I release it to use the toilet a partial one forms and I have to wait a couple minutes to retuck.

Hipster panties have never given me an issue. You need to hold the testicles in until the underwear is brought up. Pulling it up should in and of itself fasten the tip of the penis down, allow you to release your hold on that. Then the underwear is brought over the testicles and your hand. It shouldn't be too difficult to shift your other hand to hold the testicles in through the underwear as you get the panties situated on you with your first hand. Once it's all tight and together, it should hold them in.

The erections I can't help you much with. Basically you'll get used to the extra stimulation of having such tight underwear and they'll stop. Or you'll start some kind of blocker and they'll stop. *shrug*

Actually tucking all the way is hard as hell (no pun intended) and I really suck at it. I can almost never do it unless I am completely wasted, because I'm so scared of fucking something up and having it hurt really bad, and even when I get it right I'm walking funny. The best solution as far as I'm concerned is to just wear panties that are kinda tight. It usually keeps things out of the way enough that I can compensate with my clothing. Most of the time I don't give a shit though. Worst case scenario I can blame it on the jeans.

To be honest, you generally aren't going to hurt yourself unless you force things.

Go slow and apply gentle pressure. If things don't go where they're supposed to, then move them in a slightly new direction. The abssesses in my pelvis weren't exactly straight down, they sort of curve in a little. So I had to learn to slide my testicles up in a certain way to avoid going ow.

You really shouldn't be walking funny unless you tucked the penis far too deeply (or you're giant o_o). Don't pull it ultra tight between your legs. Allow a little slack. This sort of stuff works for an average sized 5.5 incher. Micros should, in my estimation, be even easier to pull off. Larger than average (7~8 inches) is where I could see some difficulties. Beyond that size I'm not sure tucking is possible, unfortunately. o_o

OK this may be a non-deal if people are thinking of having surgery later, but surely tucking would increase your chances of testicular cancer?

I would imagine that that could be very awkward and embarrassing (aside from potentially fatal) for a mtf, androgyne, whatever.
