Ideal body would be a more masculine shape (less waist, more muscle definition) a real beard. I'd like to have breasts, but that's because of all the happy reactions I get to them from my partners . I personally would be happy either way. I'd like a cock but I love my pussy! If I could only have one the choice is obvious.

I would like to be a genderless energy being beyond physical existence , but physically, I'd either like to be totally neutral with a youthful edge, or perfectly/seamlessly androgynous/hermaphroditic in the most biologically efficient way possible. Strong and athletic yet elegant and poised. I am not fond of body hair, so that could go as well. Having the best of both separate sexes without the negatives would be nice - but that is fantasy sadly, at least in this technologically backward era. (I am very jealous of distant future era bio-engineering technology, despite it not existing yet. Damn you time, damn you. D: )

To be fair and answer the question, I'd want to be a smallish slender boi but fairly androgynous that could pass either way or leave 'em guessing. Peter Pan with a touch of Tinkerbell? Taylor Hanson!? (back in the day) No body hair. Maybe small breasts. And 'down there' I'd want both But could I get the girly stuff without periods, menstrual cramps, infections, or menopause?

Brian Molko here is absolute perfection. That's what I want to be: still small and petite, feminine, white as paper, jet black hair, not too skinny and even a little fat to soften the angles, keeping my hips, my shoulders, all my body...

... except for my breasts. X my stupid nipples at that, they're too big, sensitive and stupid. The only redeeming features of any of my primary sexual characteristics are a cheap hit of pleasure-drug, and my breasts/nipples are too sensitive and rather just hurt when pressured. I'm far enough out of puberty that they shouldn't really, and so they haven't even a tiny reason to stay.

I'd keep my vagina but I would have my uterus and ovaries completely removed. I hate those so much; I feel like they surpass my reason for existing, like an ugly footnote. Even if I have to go on E to keep my hormone balances, I don't want my reproductive organs. As above, the vagina can stay because it's totally fun. <_< I'm really not sure about the male equivalent and I think I'd hate it just as much, if not more so since it's on the outside and so its biological purpose is always there. I think I'd prefer to have a vag and no breasts and just go for strap ons. Yeah.

Some people have mentioned other things about their body which would be ideal - I'd like smaller teeth, and I'd like a bigger mouth. Mine is very small and some people I've met just have these dazzling, expressionate, huge smiles I wish I had. My hands strike me constantly as 'too small' and I'd like them a little bigger. I'd like my (already light) sideburns to be darker. And I'd like a few tattoos and piercings, which I'm thinking about; I've always wanted an industrial bar piercing in one of my ears and a double sleeper earring in my left lobe like one of my icons. I want tattoos... just can't decide on any.

Honestly? i wish i had both parts in me pants. I just feel like they should be there. Also i wish my breasts were fuller, or a bit bigger. Maybe also a smidge skinnier and more toned. I'd also like to be about 2 inches taller and a more defined jaw line. Also I'd make my hair a smidge thicker and less frizzy. maybe have more of a natural fall forward for my hair and a lacking natural part.

If i were to go more unrealistic I'd want cat ears and tail ;3 I tend to have very cat like actions and personality (both realistic cats and the cat-like characters in manga and anime) and the ability to change my hair type at will

I've coped a lot of flack from trans women and cis people (including family) about having a beard and wearing a padded bra. but I have to be me. I now find the comments from strangers entertaining and the family now just tolerate it I doubt they will ever accept it.

my ideal body would be to have both parts "down there" have clearly visable breasts that look like the right size for the rest of my body. and to keep my thick beard every once and a while I picture myself as haveing my Left side hyper femme and my right side clearly male with the left side of my face being covered in makeup and the right side having a Long thick beard. This image is something that realy appeals but I see how maintaining it would be hell and I start to imagine myself on stage at that character in a play or something.

I think my ideal body would be something like Gackt's --- slender, more feminine of a male body type, lacking in most body hair (though I wouldn't complain about more of a happy trail).

I like for the most part how I look with my clothes on (if you consider that I specifically wear pants that hide my butt, and wear a binder) except I would like a longer (more masculine) face, loose the 'masses' on my chest, with narrower hips and no butt to reasonably speak of... and well... I would like genderless genitals.
And... about two more inches on my height

Most of what I would like to change will never be changed. I've about come to terms with that. What I haven't and seemingly can't (namely, my chest), I intend on getting 'fixed', with lack of a better word.

I would also love orange hair, but eh, my hair color doesn't really bother me.
But then, if I had my way, I'd probably also be an anthropomorphic feline. >_>

I suppose, namely... I want a body that will make people take a double take and still not know if I'm a girl or a boy. And if I had to pick between assumptions, I'd rather they assume I'm male.
