First off. Hate to say it, but there is ALWAYS drama when friends have sex. Maybe not like world-shattering drama where you end up hating each other or one person ends up developing feelings, but our collective experiences suggest that when friends have sex, something ALWAYS happens. You gotta keep in mind that sex is pretty much THE most intimate and open thing you can do with anybody, and when you get in a situation where you're that vulnerable, you're opening yourself up to a lot of things, whether you mean to or not. So. Best of luck, and hopefully the only drama that will happen is the general awkward that goes with figuring out how you even begin to have sex with somebody when it doesn't just kinda happen. (IDK, maybe you can tell, but I Do Not Like hookups or scheduled sex. It just never fucking works out for me. I guess I'm weird.)

Second off. Listen to Doc. Dude knows what he's talking about.

Third off. I don't see much of a problem with you guys being sexually incompatible or whatever. If you two wanna have sex and you've both said so, then that's all you need to be compatible. Ze won't do anything you don't want hir to, hopefully, as long as you make it clear what you are and aren't into. If things get too kinky, tell hir to back off. If you think it's gonna get out of hand, set up a safeword. But basically I don't think you're sexually incompatible like AT ALL if you've already agreed that you both wanna have sex with each other. Sounds pretty compatible to me.
