So i'm going to the beach tomorrow...
I'm going shopping for my first bikini tomorrow morning with a friend who knows i'm trans. everyone else we're going with has no fucking idea.
so, i'm planning on getting a black bikini, and then just wearing jean shorts (like short shorts) over the bottom because unfortunately there's now way in hell i can tuck in a bikini.
I'm nervous and scared. Any tips/advice?

Really, just relax and go with it. Your idea for what to wear sounds great. Just act like you belong and no one will look twice at you.
I would suggest trying to get short shorts in something that isn't denim if you're going to swim though... Denim's a pain when wet. I got into a water fight with one of my friends a couple weeks ago while wearing jean shorts and had a lot of trouble getting them off.
