Oddly enough, I used to have dreams in which I had two penises.
I've had similar dreams, it was bizzare.
Maybe it was your subconscious mind's way of saying you had one too many.
I don't know what that says for me, though, since I currently have no desire to transition. I haven't had such a dream in many years, though.
But as dreams, no matter how bizarre, usually do, they made some kind of sense. Like that the second penis was there to store urine, because I had to pee really bad, and that as soon as I did that it would disappear again. But I always felt really uncomfortable and wrong in those dreams, and felt very relieved to wake up and find that they were just dreams.
So were they my subconscious trying to tell me that I had one penis too many? Sometimes I think so.
